About The Author

Richard Ardia started his career as a high school teacher. After seven years he had coached, taught, and participated on many different educational levels but something was still missing. He went into the real estate business in 1972 and within a short period of time, became the number one sales associate in a company of over 100 agents. He immediately started purchasing investment real estate and out of necessity became a skilled tradesman in home repairs.

He joined a local six-office real estate company in 1978 and as the executive vice president of that firm, quickly combined his business and teaching skills. Ardia was instrumental in bringing agent and management training to the industry. He participated in the early stages of educational development in a field hungry for knowledge. He created and delivered numerous marketing tools and was well known for his instructional and inspirational speeches.

Over the next 13 years he participated in the decisions that made that company grow to over 135 offices in five states. Richard Ardia was best known for his “steel like” ethics and integrity. He never changed his personal dedication to helping others discover their talents and grow accordingly.

Showing career versatility, Ardia became the president of a niche manufacturing company with about 85 employees. With a strong management team in place, the company broketheir 40-year sales record. He learned that regardless of the product, it is always the efforts of the people that matter the most.

The author owned several of his own companies. He was the originator of the Broker Search Connection, a company

that specialized in finding the best agents available with out any restrictions as to broker affiliations. Ardia also was the owner of a property management company which managed residential homes, condominium associations, and provided maintenance services to their clients.
